Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Standard Shipping Service:

We offer free shipping on all orders over £10. Orders under £10 will be subject to a shipping fee.

Orders going to the following destinations will be subject to an additional postage fee of £5.99 to the following locations:

  • Highlands & Islands,
  • Channel Islands,
  • Northern Ireland,
  • BFPO
  • Isle of Man

This will be applied to your order at checkout, if this has not been applied, we may contact you to request a further payment to be made.

Next Day Service:

We offer a Next Day shipping service which can be selected and applied when choosing your courier service. Next Day service offers an expediated delivery service which usually takes 24 hours to arrive. However, please note that if their unexpected delays delivery will be made with 48 hours.

Orders placed on a Friday via a next day service will be delivered the following business working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Orders placed over the weekend and/or bank holidays via a next day service will be posted out the next available business day.

Order Processing Times

All orders placed before 2pm, are posted the same day or within 24 hours at the latest.

Order placed after 2pm will be posted the next business working day.

Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be posted on Monday or the next available business working day.

Delivery Address and P.O Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify a delivery address once the order has been placed. Please ensure that the delivery address is clear and easy to read and understand.

Unfortunately, we no longer post orders to P.O Boxes as most orders do not fit the P.O Box dimensions. If you place an order with a P.O delivery address we will contact you to get an alternative delivery address.

International Orders

Due to the current global conflicts and unstable shipping fees, we do not offer international shipping. We may offer this again in the future so keep checking our shipping information page as this will be updated when we decide to ship internationally.

If you place an order to be shipped internationally, we will contact you informing you that we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Tracking your Order

All orders are posted via a tracked service. If you require a tracking number, please contact us with your order number and we will be more than happy to provide this for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


Any issues with the goods supplied must be raised with us within 7 days of having received the goods, which includes damaged, faulty goods, incorrect items received. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase of goods.

If you are wanting to return your items because they are damaged or faulty, we will cover the costs of return postage given that the issue is raised within 7 days of receipt. Any claims raised after this period will be require the buyer to cover the cost of return postage.

If you simply do not like the item, the order was placed in error, you purchased the wrong goods or it does not meet your requirements you will be subject to cover the cost of return postage.

Please note that when you are covering the cost of return postage you will be required to provide a fully tracked return otherwise we may not be able to validate the return being made.


All refunds processed will take between 2 to 5 business working days to be issued back to your account.

Refunds being processed for returns will be issued once the items have been inspected and accounted for. Any missing parts of components outside of the specified reason for return will be deducted from the overall refund being issued.


We do not offer exchanges on goods bought in error.

We may offer an exchange or discount if you have received the incorrect order but we will request photographic proof of what has been received. Any exchanges made in this manner will be processed only once the return has been collected and returned back to us.
