Shipping Information
Order Processing Times
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business working day or if we are able to process the order same day we will do so.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be shipped on the next available business working day (usually Monday).
Standard Shipping Service
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £10. For orders under £10, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Please note that some areas may incur additional postal surcharges. The following locations are subject to a £5.99 surcharge:
- Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands
- Northern Ireland
- BFPO
- Isle of Man
If the surcharge is not automatically applied at checkout, we may contact you to request the additional payment before processing your order.
Important Notice Regarding Northern Ireland
Due to the complexities around export/import taxes and courier restrictions, we currently cannot process orders for Northern Ireland. If an order is placed for Northern Ireland, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund within 1-2 business working days.
Next Day Service
We offer a Next Day shipping option, which can be selected at checkout. This service provides expedited delivery, usually arriving within 24 hours. However, in the event of unexpected delays, deliveries may take up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday via Next Day delivery may arrive over the weekend, so please ensure the delivery address is accessible. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business working day.
If the order has been shipped via a next day service and the delivery has been attempted but delivery has been unsuccessful we are not liable to reimburse the cost of next day shipping as delivery was attempted within the estimated delivery period. Please bare this in mind if the order is order has been placed to a delivery location with specific availability times
Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. We require the following information to ensure smooth delivery:
- Recipient Name
- Business Name (if applicable)
- First Line of Address
- Second Line of Address
- Third Line of Address (if applicable)
- City/Town
- County
- Postcode
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
A valid email address and mobile number are essential for tracking purposes. Our couriers often send updates via text and email, and having accurate contact details ensures you stay informed.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to P.O. Boxes, as most of our orders do not fit within P.O. Box dimensions. If a P.O. Box address is provided, we will contact you to request an alternative address or cancel your order.
International Orders
Due to current global shipping uncertainties, we are temporarily unable to offer international shipping. We hope to resume international orders in the future. Please check our shipping information page for updates.
If you place an international order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched via a tracked service. You will receive tracking details via email or text once your order has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Important Notice:
If a delivery attempt is made while you are absent, any additional fees, including those for next-day shipping, will not be refundable. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure they are available during the specified delivery time slot. If you are unavailable, you will be responsible for rescheduling the delivery to a time and date that suits you.
All courier services offer the option to reschedule deliveries. It is important that you either ensure you are present for the delivery or take action to arrange a new delivery date.
In compliance with GDPR and to protect your personal information, we are no longer able to reschedule deliveries on a customer’s behalf. Tracking details are now linked directly to the contact information provided at the time of purchase, and order ownership can only be verified by the recipient using the contact details provided during the transaction.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns
If there are any issues with the products received (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect items), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.-
If the items are damaged or faulty, we will cover the return postage costs, provided the issue is raised within 7 days.

If the item is returned due to buyer’s remorse or ordering in error, you will be responsible for the return postage.

Please note, we require a tracked return for any returns where the buyer covers postage, as we cannot validate untracked returns.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Any missing parts or components may result in a reduction of the refund amount. -
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased in error. However, if you receive an incorrect order, we may offer an exchange or discount, provided photographic proof is supplied. Exchanges will only be processed once the return has been received.
